Terms of Use and Free Pages

1.  Copyright Logo must remain on all Pages.  Never remove or delete them.

2.  No page will be used in any illegal nature.

3.  Purchased Pages for a league stays with the requested league. 

4.  If the league is deleted that requested the page, do not use page or graphics of any nature on any other site other than what it is requested for.

5.  Do not Rip My work.  If you like an image or a Tour ask permission!

6.  Free Pages:  Feel free to change music, color of text/scorll bar. But do not remove my Logo, or Pictures / Graphics or change the over all design.

7. Quotes on any customization are always Free!

Payment Policy and Premium Pages

1. No Refunds will be given unless special circumstances.*

2. Payment must be made in full before I customize any work or pages.

3. I do not get paid for any image or graphic I get paid for the time

and effort it takes to put together the code.

4. Logos, Copyrights, must remain on all Tours and Beta League Pages.

5. Excessive customizations after work has begun may result in additional fees.

6. All communication must be done by Email with all purchases for security reasons. 

7.  Never put personal information in a shoutbox/c-box beyond first names and emails.

8.  If I have additional copyrights from permission from other designers or artist NEVER remove them.**

9.  Notice: By using any pages found on this site You are bound by these Terms of Use and are agreeing to comply, Even if you have not read them.  I have displayed T.O.U links in many places on the entire site so that all may know an understand them. 

* I reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any given point with out notice.

** Copyrights must remain.  Some artist and Designers love an opportunity to share their work.
